Standard Return Policy

There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased from the buypenimaster.com Online Store: 
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you paid it
Only items that have been purchased directly from buypenimaster.com can be returned to us.
Please ensure that the item you're returning is repackaged with all the contents of the original package and documentation that were included when you received it.

How to Return an Item

To return an item, contact us via Contact Form or email info@buypenimaster.com with your details and order number.
You have 2 weeks (from the day you paid the parcel) to contact us, if you changed your mind and no longer want the product(s) and return the aforementioned.
If you contact us within the 2 weeks, you send the item(s) and receive the refund:
  * in full, if item is in the same condition you received it
  * partially, if item is used (20% of product price)

Customer returns item(s) at his own risk and bears the cost of shipping
We are liable to refund within 30 days from receiving the returned item

Refunds

We are liable to refund within 15 days from payment the returned item.

The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method:
If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days of receipt of the returned item. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account
If you paid by bank order, refunds will be sent to your bank account within ten business days of receipt of the returned item.

If you cancel your order before the parcel is shipped, we initiate your refund immediately after you submit your cancel request
